  • Position: Receptionist / Coordinator

  • Preference:Candidates with minimum 1-3 years experience in shipping field/Logistics.
    Indian / Pakistan / Philippines Nationals preferred,
    Experience in using ERP systems is an added benefit.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
    Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
    Provide administrative support to the management and team as needed.

    Requirements:
    Female candidates with a professional and presentable appearance.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role is a plus.

    Experience in Tally or Peachtree, Odoo or Quickbooks.

  • Position: Sales Manager

  • Preference:Job Responsibilities:
    Utilize your existing clientele and network to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets and revenue goals.
    Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding services.
    Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, demonstrating progress towards set targets.

    Requirements:
    Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the freight forwarding industry.
    Must bring an established client base and network to the role.
    Strong ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

    Salary and Benefits:
    Salary scale ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 15,000, depending on performance and achievement of targets.
