Individuals and companies can participate, subject to verification, applicable legal requirements and the program terms. You do not need logistics experience to make a genuine introduction.

All JW services are included: freight forwarding, air and ocean freight, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and 3PL, project cargo, shipping agency and marine services.

You earn 10% of JW’s own service fees actually collected from your qualifying referred client. After one year from the client’s first payment, the rate becomes 15%. VAT, refunds and third-party/pass-through charges are excluded from the commission base.

The AED 100 bonus is paid once with the first qualifying client payment, in addition to the commission. Signing up, generating a code or submitting a lead alone does not earn the bonus.

There is no fixed duration limit. You continue earning on eligible collected JW service fees for as long as the referred client stays with JW under the program’s attribution rules.

JW processes rewards the same day it receives the client’s qualifying payment. Complete your verified bank details and required payout documentation beforehand. The receiving bank may credit funds later.

If one client has 10 shipments in a month and JW charges AED 2,000 of its own service fees for each shipment, eligible fees total AED 20,000. Your first reward is AED 2,100: AED 2,000 commission plus the AED 100 one-time bonus. The same later-month volume gives AED 2,000 at 10%, or AED 3,000 after the first year at 15%. These are illustrations, not guaranteed earnings.

Current clients do not qualify. A previous client can qualify if they have not done business with JW during the preceding six months. JW checks its records before accepting the referral.

Your referral is marked Not eligible and you receive a notification explaining that the company currently does business with JW. You can refer another eligible business.

First come, first served is the general starting point, but the actual conversion evidence matters. For a code referral, JW checks the code used for the conversion. For a lead referral, JW checks which introduced person-in-charge actually converted the business. JW records the attribution decision so a billing account is not credited twice for the same business.

Provide the company profile and the correct contact person’s name, mobile number and email address. Add social-profile links where available and make sure you are allowed to share their details. JW then contacts and pitches the business after eligibility review.

Enter the prospective company’s profile to generate its one-time referral code or link. Ask the customer to email JW with it. JW validates the customer and company, reviews eligibility and records attribution. Creating or sharing the code alone does not trigger a reward.

The billing account determines this. If all branch business is billed to one account, it is treated as one company for the program. Separately billed accounts require JW’s review; branch names alone do not establish separate referral entitlement.

Yes. Your referrer account will have a Bank details section for the beneficiary name, bank, country, account number or IBAN and SWIFT/BIC where required. Your bank details are stored securely and shown only in masked form in normal views.

Yes. Once Accounts records your processed payout and attaches its transfer receipt, you can download your own receipt under Rewards and payouts in your referrer account. You cannot see any other referrer’s details or receipts.

JW’s Accounts team records payouts directly. Each payout has a payment reference and a transfer receipt attached, and the activity is recorded in your account.

Refunds and reversals are uncommon in this business. If a genuine correction, returned transfer or exceptional refund occurs, JW’s Accounts team reviews and documents it.

Yes. You will receive emails to verify your account, to recover your password, about the progress of your referrals, and when a payout is processed, with a secure link to your receipt. We will also alert you to security-related sign-ins and account changes.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Reset links are secure, expire after a short time and can be used once.

Yes. Referrers provide a mobile number with country code when registering.

Tax treatment depends on your status, activity, residence and applicable law. You must provide accurate tax-registration information and required invoices or supporting documents. A reward statement or bank transfer receipt is not automatically a valid tax invoice. The program does not represent referral income as universally tax-free.
