OUR STORY
Composite shipping services, under one roof.
JW Marine was established in 2010 to provide complete shipping services from UAE ports. We began at Fujairah Port and Saqr Port, and over time expanded our service to every port in the UAE.
Today our marine services include shipping agency, stevedoring, bulk cargo handling, hull cleaning and surveys. Our forwarding services cover clearing and forwarding by FCL, LCL and air, warehousing and transport.

When we started JW Marine in 2010, we were a small team looking after vessels at Fujairah and Saqr Port. Today our shipping agency works across every port in the UAE, with offices in Fujairah, Mina Saqr and Dubai, but the reason we began has not changed. We wanted to be the kind of shipping partner we would want for ourselves: one that answers the phone, tells you the truth, and stays with you until the job is done.
I know what a shipment means to the person behind it. It might be a vessel at anchorage with a crew waiting for supplies, a container of stock your customers are counting on, or project cargo that an entire site is waiting for. Behind every booking there is a deadline, a cost and a promise you have made to someone else. We take that seriously.
That is why we will never pass you from one desk to another and leave you chasing updates. From your first enquiry to final delivery, through vessel arrival, agency, customs clearance, warehousing, transport and tracking, you have a team that knows your shipment and keeps you informed at every step. When plans change, as they often do in shipping, you will hear it from us first, together with a solution.
Shipping is rarely simple. Ports get congested, documents get questioned and routes change overnight. We cannot control the sea, but we can control how we respond: quickly, honestly and with your interests first. Our people are alongside you in port and at sea, around the clock.
In 2025 I was honoured to receive the Entrepreneur of the Year recognition at ET Indo Global Leaders in Dubai. I accepted it on behalf of our team, and of the customers and partners who have trusted us with their cargo. Many of you have been with us for years, and that trust is what I am proudest of.
